Christoph started importing his grapes to his winery in Nantes, selecting from vineyards all over France from many different terroirs. His signature wine is the Divin Poison. Grape(s): Melon de Bourgogne Location: France, Loire Organic/Natural: Natural Notes: Citrusy and fresh with a creamy mouth feel. Cheeses such as Raclette and Brie de Meaux. The wine is light in flavour and can be easily over powered by stronger cheeses.
