This Cremant smells like a freshly baked loaf of bread. It has exotic fruit flavours on the palate and the taste of brioche. There is a nice flow of acidity that gives this sparkling wine an upbeat and elegant character. Medium fizz that settles down after opening.
Great as an aperitif or at the end of the party!
Caution - Some bottles are unpredictable. It is best to open over the sink with a glass at the ready!
