Gin, French Vermouth & Wintergreen Essence
A delicious, delicate, dry, crisp and aromatic version of the classic Martini. As per tradition, we combine Gin with French Vermouth, adding a touch of wintergreen, eucalyptus and peppermint essence (we call it 'ice essence'), which, rather than adding extra flavour, tricks the brain by making perceive the drink colder than it actually is, brightening up the gin and wine botanicals, adding mouthfeel and lenght.
We reccomend to store it in the fridge, and to drop it in the freezer at least a couple of hours before serving (you want the bottle to become super-frosty). Remember that a good Martini is best served around 0°C.
Pour 70ml-100ml in a frozen martini glass and garnish with a fresh lemon twist, a green olive or a pickled pearl onion. Enjoy!
