he first stop on the "Jacobsvejen" (pilgrimage route) is the wonderful medieval village of Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert (voted 2nd best village in France). The grapes from here are picked and vinified by Vignobles des 3 Chateaux from nearby Pic Saint Loup and they have made a superb rosé, filled with raspberries and fresh fruit.
