Gamay Noir Vignes d'Ecussol is the maker of this Gamay Noir Vignes d'Ecussol 2018 , a red wine from Beaujolais Villages vinified with gamay from 2018.
The grapes are harvested by hand and fermented in whole bunches with semi-carbonation. The wine is then stored for 7 months in large oak barrels before bottling.
