Tasting Notes:

This cognac has an intense colour with a velvety texture. The first wave of aromas express rich dried fruits such as prunes and dried figs. The aromas evolve to more dense notes of chocolate and black pepper, mellowed by cinnamon, clove and cardamom. Distinct fragrances of crystallized fruit, oak, spices, and emanations of old leather can be noticed.

On the palate the cognac is elegant and robust, revealing balance, roundness, and harmony, underlined by the strength of peppery notes, and vegetable fragrances from the oak. A lovely long after taste with sweet notes of cinnamon and vanilla.
