- Which courier do you use? We use UPS, as they are experienced in delivering alcohol.
Ordering
- Can I amend shipping address, delivery date or payment details after I have placed an order? Please email us as soon as possible. We then may be able to help, as long as the item has not left the warehouse.
Delivery
- Do I need to pay delivery charges? Only on items under £50.
- I did not receive my delivery, what do I do? Please email us and we will respond as quickly as possible.
Returns
- My drink was damaged, what should I do? Please email us as many pictures as possible. We will take it up with the delivery company.
- What was delivered is not what I ordered. Please email us and we will correct any errors.
- How do I return my order? Please email us first, we will provide you with an address to return the item to. Postage costs fall on the customer. Once the item has been received, the refund will be processed within 24 hours.
