Kweichow Maotaizhen's 5 year old baijiu is made in the Guizhou province of China. An unflavoured moutai baijiu classified with a 'sauce' fragrance, this is made from a combination of wheat and sorghum (a type of grain) and has a similiar mouth-feel to vodka.
